

More Accolades for the 2017 Corvette Grand Sport
On February 22, 2017, Autoweek published yet another good review of the 2017 Corvette Grand Sport which continues to generate positive press related to its track performance and overall sports car prowess. Some of the highlights of the article, as noted by the co-authors Graham Kozak and Wesley Wren, are the Grand Sport's magnetorheological suspension, spectacular exhaust sound, aggressive and effective body duct work, and large sticky tires. Corvette Grand Sport Nearly as Fast as Porsche 911 GT3 RS on Track
On Jan. 30, 2017 Will Sabel Courtney posted an article on TheDrive.com website that a new Grand Sport ran around the German Formula One track at Hockenheim (aka the Hockenheimring) in only 0.2 seconds slower than the more powerful Porsche 911 GT3 RS which is rated at 500hp. The 2017 Grand Sport is proving to be quite an impressive and capable track machine even without the Z06's more powerful supercharged engine.
